Job summary

SpotMe, a B2B event platform, seeks a People Operations professional in the United States to manage HRIS transactions and end-to-end onboarding/offboarding. You will streamline processes, handle leave and data accuracy, and contribute to group reports with a focus on automation.

You will collaborate with Legal, Finance, and department managers to implement efficient workflows and tools, improving the employee experience across geographies.

• Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, including logistics and documentation.

What we need from you:

• In month one, take over recurring reporting, onboarding, and contract mapping with Legal and Finance.
• By month three, manage employee platforms and present automation recommendations.
• By month six, own all People Operations admin independently and support new tool rollout.

• Acting on feedback and improving how you work based on input.
• Driving automation via workflows, templates, and AI tools.
• Thinking in systems and managing stakeholders across Legal, Finance, and managers.
