Datadog, Inc. is seeking an HR Operations professional to join the People Team in a hybrid role. You will be the frontline support for employee questions and will own onboarding and offboarding processes, while maintaining data integrity across the employee lifecycle.

You’ll partner with Recruiting, IT, Payroll, and managers to deliver a smooth onboarding experience and manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. This role supports salary and stock administration.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations or People Services is a plus.
• Strong data handling and confidentiality.
• Proficient with Excel; familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions; triage as needed.
• Own the administrative execution of new hire onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain employee changes and data across the full employee life cycle; handle letters and audits.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, IT, Payroll, and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring and onboarding.
• Organize and maintain internal documentation; perform regular audits for accuracy.
• Develop and maintain internal knowledge base resources; empower self-direction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local/regional regulations.
• Coordinate and support new hires through onboarding; ensure a smooth transition.
• Assist with salary and stock administration.
