Job summary

Datadog is seeking a People Business Partner (PBP) to work with leadership and the People team in a growing global organization. This hybrid role blends strategic program design with hands-on support in a fast-paced environment.

You will advise management on performance, coaching, career paths, employee relations, compensation, and org development, partnering with COE teams to craft programs and drive data-driven decisions across functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as HRBP or similar role in fast-growing tech companies.
• Ability to adapt from strategic program design to day-to-day operational needs.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills, with HRIS experience, Workday bonus.

Responsibilities

• Represent the global PBP team with employees and leadership.
• Advise, coach, and influence management on performance, coaching, career pathing, and engagement.
• Consult with COE teams to design programs and enhance employee experience.
• Build and update People policies and guidelines in collaboration with COE colleagues.
• Provide data-driven analysis to leadership for people decisions and best practices.
• Assess development needs and implement solutions aligned with strategy.
• Handle complex global employee relations issues with leadership.
