Job summary

Audiense, LLC is seeking an experienced Senior People Operations Coordinator to lead payroll processing and benefits administration within the People & Culture team. The role requires hands-on Rippling payroll processing and strong attention to accuracy and employee experience.

You will partner with the Director of People & Culture and ensure HR systems and employee processes run smoothly, supporting onboarding, offboarding, and data management, while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR, People Operations, payroll, benefits, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the preparation and processing of global payroll through Rippling, ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and timely.
• Support day-to-day People Operations: onboarding, employee changes, and data audits.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR teams on payroll and benefits matters.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities and compliance with federal/state/local requirements.
