Qualifications

• 5+ years of high-impact BizOps, Strategy & Ops, or PM experience.
• Hands-on operator mindset with bias for action.
• AI tools awareness and automation mindset.
• Adaptable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Structured execution of cross-functional projects.
• Analytical and data-driven with dashboards.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority operational programs across global payroll product lines, standardizing workflows and building playbooks and automation.
• Drive global operating cadences, executive reviews, and ownership frameworks with clear milestones and ROI.
• Serve as senior escalation point for high-friction customer issues; perform RCAs with Product, Engineering, and Ops.
• Act as operational link across Ops, Product, Engineering, CX, and external 3P partners; document gaps and align stakeholders.
• Partner with operations leadership to scale the team; manage headcount planning, budgets, offsites, and training programs.
• Collaborate across EMEA, APAC, LATAM; flex schedule for early-morning/evening meetings.
