Atlas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Director of Administrative Services & Payroll to lead HR, payroll and related operations in collaboration with the Administrator, Director of Nursing and department heads. Success is measured by employee satisfaction, development, retention and achievement of corporate KPIs.

This role administers benefits, compensation, hiring processes, performance reviews, confidentiality and compliance with ADA, FMLA, FLSA, OSHA, and workers’ comp.

Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll and HR administration.
• Strong knowledge of ADA, FMLA, FLSA and related laws.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administrators and department heads to meet KPIs.
• Maintain confidential employee records and payroll data.
• Oversee hiring processes, background checks and pre-employment paperwork.
• Administer benefits and compensation programs with timely communications.
• Ensure policy compliance and respond to employee inquiries.
• Lead performance evaluation schedules and employee relations.
• Support center payroll accuracy on a weekly basis.
• Represent the center in relevant hearings if required.
• Perform other duties as needed.
