Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking an organized People Business Partner to support People Operations, annual talent programs, reporting, and HR process improvements. This remote or hybrid role suits an early-to-mid-career HR professional who enjoys data work and coordinating projects.

The candidate will work with Workday, manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and help with performance and compensation cycles, talent reviews, and employee engagement activities across teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR or People Operations experience.
• Hands-on Workday to enter transactions and pull reports.
• Experience supporting performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent reviews.
• Strong reporting, data management, and process coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter and complete HR transactions in Workday.
• Pull, review, and analyze Workday reports and employee data.
• Conduct data audits and ensure accuracy in performance, compensation, and talent cycles.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risks.
• Prepare status reports, executive summaries, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop process documentation and playbooks.
• Support continuous improvement in People Operations.
• Coordinate with leaders and HR stakeholders across projects.
