Yoh Services LLC in Fort Mill, SC, is hiring a People Business Partner for a hybrid, 6+ month contract. The role will drive performance, compensation and talent processes, work in Workday, manage reporting and data, coordinate projects, and help improve HR processes.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years HR/People Operations/HRBP experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR / People Operations / HRBP experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines at once
• Workday experience is important - entering transactions, pulling reports, reviewing data
• Experience supporting HR processes such as: Performance reviews, Compensation cycles, Talent reviews, Goal setting, Succession planning, Employee engagement initiatives
• Strong reporting, tracking and process coordination experience
• Comfortable creating status reports, communications, presentations, job aids and process documentation
• Strong Excel/data orientation would be helpful
• Must be willing to roll up their sleeves and execute, not just advise

This is a great opportunity for someone early-to-mid career in HR who wants broader exposure to a large People organization. They'll be heavily involved in executing performance, compensation and talent processes, working in Workday, managing reporting and data, coordinating projects and helping improve HR processes. Need someone who is organized, motivated, detail-oriented and willing to jump in wherever needed.
