• 3–5 years in HR, People Operations, HRBP, or related roles.
• Hands-on Workday transactional and reporting experience.
• Experience supporting performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent reviews.
• Strong reporting, data management, and process coordination skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; strong communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter and complete HR transactions in Workday.
• Pull, review, and analyze Workday reports and data.
• Conduct data audits and ensure accuracy across cycles.
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Prepare status reports, executive summaries, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs, and job aids.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across People Operations.
• Coordinate with leaders, employees, and HR stakeholders on multiple projects.
