Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR or People Operations experience
• Hands-on experience with an HRIS and onboarding/offboarding processes
• Working knowledge of California employment basics (wage and hour, leave, I-9s)
• Exposure to benefits and payroll administration
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Sound judgment on what to handle independently and what to elevate
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and simple reports
• Comfort using AI and modern tools to streamline work
• Based in or willing to relocate to El Segundo, CA

Responsabilités

• Onboarding and offboarding: manage full hire and departure checklists
• HRIS and people data: maintain accurate records and generate reports
• Employee support: answer questions on policy, leave, and life events
• Compliance: maintain handbook, track leave, training, and documentation
• International coordination: support UK and Pakistan contracts and onboarding
• Process improvement: document workflows and build templates using AI tools
