Job summary

Optimal-Home-Care- is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development. You will assist with orientation programs, coordinate new hire training plans, and track ninety-day transitions to ensure smooth onboarding across the agency.

In collaboration with the HR Manager, you will help with screening, interviews, and candidate communications while maintaining open postings and supporting morale and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate degree from an accredited college; Bachelor's preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Helps create and administer a dynamic Orientation and Onboarding experience for all new staff.
• Coordinates with new staff and management to create strategic new hire training plans.
• Assists in post-hire onboarding, and follows new hires for first ninety days.
• Assists in pre-screening assessments, background checks, and pre-hire tools.
• Maintains open job ads and posts openings internally and externally.
• Leads pre-screening, interviewing and selection of candidates.
• Supports morale surveys and retention efforts with HR Manager.
• Assists in developing HR policies, reports, and onboarding packages.
