Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates staffing activities for the branch.
• Conducts all new hire orientations.
• Maintains applicant flow records, employee files, and risk management records.
• Conducts benefits enrollment for the branch.
• Performs payroll for hourly and salary payrolls.
• Conducts investigations related to employee, regulatory complaints or safety issues.
• Manages workers' compensation claims and participates in hearings or union negotiations.
• Handles day-to-day personnel issues for the branch.
