This is a hands-on, fast-paced People Operations role supporting a field-based, seasonal workforce, including employees hired through the H-2B temporary worker program. You'll partner closely with operational leaders on employee relations, investigations, recruiting, seasonal workforce planning, performance management, compliance, onboarding, and employee development.

Coach managers through performance issues, conflict resolution, progressive discipline, and employee development.
Support recruiting and workforce planning for full-time and seasonal positions, including coordination and onboarding of H-2B seasonal employees.
Help ensure timely, consistent onboarding and employee retention efforts.
Monitor compliance with employment laws, wage and hour requirements, and internal People Operations policies.
Review employee documentation, personnel files, training records, and other compliance-related processes.
Partner with safety and risk teams on workforce concerns and employee-related incidents.
Support performance reviews, goal-setting, feedback, recognition, and leadership development.
Travel regularly to supported branch locations for investigations, onboarding, coaching, training, and employee engagement.

6+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience.
At least 2 years of HR leadership-level experience.
