Barry-Wehmiller’s BW Packaging segment seeks a Leader, People to drive culture and People practices across locations. You will own People Operations delivery, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, safety, and compliance—aligning policies with legal requirements and business needs.

You will lead multiple teams, partner with People Business Partners, and ensure consistent execution of programs and processes that support operational performance and care for team members.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience leading teams and day-to-day People Operations delivery.
• Experience with Workday or similar HR systems.

• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and core People processes across teams and locations.
• Guide employee relations intake, investigations, and performance actions.
• Ensure safety, compliance, payroll coordination, and regulatory postings.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts for manufacturing and frontline roles.
• Lead training and leadership enablement, including performance cycles and feedback.
