10Pearls, LLC is seeking a People Operations Manager for our Tysons Corner, VA office. You’ll partner with the Director of Culture and Communication to grow employees, engage teams, and optimize people processes.

This full-time role requires in-person presence four days a week to collaborate with teammates and support a growing workplace culture. Ideal candidates bring several years in HR generalist roles, strong data analytics, and comfort with HR systems like Greenhouse ATS and iSolved

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Several years of HR/generalist experience across people and talent.
• Strong data, analytics, and reporting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent internal customer service for employees across the company.
• Serve as thought partner to leadership on big-picture and small details.
• Support full cycle recruiting: postings, sourcing, interviews, and candidate experience.
• Lead projects in people operations: immigration management, development, performance, and engagement.
• Manage HR systems, ensure clean data and accurate reporting.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll and benefits for all employees.
• Propose improvements from employee and stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain HR documents and support audits and employer value activities.
