Range, headquartered in McLean, VA, is building AI-powered financial solutions for members and seeking a People Operations Specialist to own the employee lifecycle and PEO relationship. This role requires strong execution, judgment, and the ability to run core HR processes in a fast-moving startup environment.

All positions follow an in-office schedule at Range’s Headquarters in McLean, VA, with relocation discussion as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in HR operations or people ops

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end
• Manage timesheet and payroll inputs and coordinate with PEO and Finance
• Serve as the primary owner of HR systems, data accuracy, reporting, and audits
• Triage and resolve employee questions related to benefits, policies, and HR processes
• Maintain and improve HR documentation, policies, and self-service resources
• Partner with the Head of People and HRBP to improve and scale people operations
• Identify process gaps and proactively implement improvements
