Charles Schwab is offering a Human Resources Internship in the United States. The internship provides hands-on exposure across talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, HR technology, and workplace experience while building skills in communication, analysis, stakeholder partnership, and project execution.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and entering junior-level standing by internship start date.
• Have not completed your bachelor's degree prior to the internship.
• Able to commit to 40 hours per week during the 9-week Summer 2027 internship program.
• Able to begin full-time employment between August 2027 and September 2028.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
• Willing to relocate at personal expense if required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to support key HR initiatives and business priorities.
• Create presentations, reports, process documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Support projects focused on talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, HR technology, workplace experience, workforce planning, or organizational effectiveness.
• Analyze feedback, survey results, operational metrics, or workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with project coordination, program administration, event planning, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement efforts.
