Job summary

Charles Schwab invites you to join a hands-on Human Resources internship, designed to develop core HR capabilities across talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation, HR tech, and workplace experience.

You will work with HR professionals on real-world projects and gain exposure to multiple HR disciplines to help Schwab design people strategies and workplace experiences that drive organizational success.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and entering junior-level standing by internship start date.
• Have not completed your bachelor's degree prior to the internship.
• Commit to 40 hours per week during the 9-week Summer 2027 internship program.
• Begin full-time employment between August 2027 and September 2028.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Willing to relocate at personal expense if required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to support HR initiatives.
• Create presentations, reports, process documentation, and stakeholder communications.
• Support projects across talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation, HR tech, workplace experience, workforce planning, or organizational effectiveness.
• Analyze feedback, survey results, and workforce data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist with project coordination, program administration, event planning, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
• Maintain organized documentation, trackers, and supporting materials.
• Participate in meetings, learning sessions, and professional development activities.
• Contribute recommendations to improve employee experiences, workplace effectiveness, or business outcomes.
