Job summary

Schwab is offering a Human Resources Intern position in Westlake/Austin. This hands-on internship exposes you to talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, HR technology, and workplace intelligence.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and entering junior-level standing by internship start date.
Able to commit to 40 hours per week during the Summer 2027 internship.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.
Willing to relocate at personal expense if required.
Able to begin full-time employment between August 2027 and September 2028.

Responsibilities

Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to support HR initiatives and business priorities.
Create presentations, reports, process documentation, and stakeholder communications.
Support projects in talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, HR technology, and workplace experience.
Analyze feedback, survey results, and workforce data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Assist with project coordination, program administration, event planning, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement.
