Job summary

Charles Schwab in Orlando is seeking a Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on exposure across talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, HR tech, and workplace experience. You will work with HR professionals on real-world projects, develop communication and stakeholder management skills, and contribute to meaningful HR initiatives that support employees and the business.

This on-site internship requires 40 hours per week for 9 weeks during Summer 2027, with relocation as needed.

Qualifications

Enrolled in a bachelor's program and entering junior standing.
Commit to 40 hours per week during Summer 2027.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Willing to relocate at personal expense if required.
Interest in HR disciplines and corporate real estate is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct research, analysis, and benchmarking to support HR initiatives.
Create presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications.
Support projects in talent acquisition, learning, compensation, HR tech, workplace experience.
Analyze feedback and workforce data to identify trends.
Assist with project coordination and event planning.
Maintain documentation, trackers, and project plans.
Participate in meetings and professional development activities.
Propose recommendations to improve employee experiences and efficiency.
