Job summary

Hidden Level is seeking an HR & Talent Specialist, Operations to provide HR and recruiting support for the Operations organization. You will independently handle employee relations, lead full-cycle recruitment for Operations roles, and support engagement, retention, and safety initiatives.

Based onsite with travel between Syracuse-area locations, you’ll partner with the HR Business Partner and Operations leadership to deliver a positive employee and candidate experience while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Two+ years in HR or talent acquisition, preferably in manufacturing/operations.
• Experience independently handling employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing/production/operations roles.
• Knowledge of federal/state/local employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, HRIS, and reporting tools.
• Ability to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR resource for Operations regarding attendance, conduct, workplace concerns, and employment practices.
• Independently manage routine employee relations and apply HR policies.
• Conduct workplace investigations and support performance and corrective-action processes.
• Partner with HRBP to implement HR initiatives and address high-risk matters.
• Analyze workforce data and recruiting feedback to identify trends and improvements.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Operations positions and coordinate interviews and offers.
• Define position requirements with managers and guide candidates through interviews and offers.
• Provide positive candidate experience from contact to onboarding.
• Promote employee well-being and workplace safety with EHS leadership and Safety Committee.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and use HRIS for reporting.
• Collaborate to improve HR and recruiting processes and support org initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
