Hidden Level Inc. seeks an HR Programs & Communications Specialist to support HR operations, employee communications, and engagement initiatives. This role focuses on managing lifecycle processes and delivering clear information about programs, policies, benefits, and company initiatives.

You will coordinate benefits enrollment, onboarding, leaves, HRIS data, and internal communications across platforms. Strong writing and organizational skills are essential, as is discretion with confidential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, communications, marketing, business, or related field.
• 2+ years in HR/People Ops or internal communications.
• Experience with benefits administration, leaves, onboarding/offboarding, or HRIS.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience developing and distributing employee communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR tech systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for employee benefits and payroll questions, coordinating with vendors and Finance as needed.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment meetings, employee communications, and related processes.
• Facilitate onboarding and new-hire orientation, as well as offboarding processes including communications and documentation.
• Administer leaves of absence, including tracking and return-to-work processes.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and confidentiality-compliant files.
• Develop and distribute HR reports and metrics for leadership and planning.
• Support HR compliance activities, audits, and reporting.
• Coordinate company training programs and completion tracking.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and communications.
• Provide backup support to Administrative Support Specialist, including travel bookings.
• Support HR projects and initiatives.
