• Track attendance and turnover trends.
• Audit time and attendance to confirm employees' times are accurate.
• Maintain HR compliance documentation for the department.
• Serve as the responsive point of contact for all three area supervisors.
• Coordinate with corporate HR/payroll and keep supervisors informed.
