You will partner with plant and corporate teams to deliver strategic HR solutions, supervise staff, and manage payroll processes with emphasis on regulatory adherence.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, and deep knowledge of labor relations, benefits, and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related HR experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Business or related field.
• Knowledge of employment law, labor relations, and HR strategies.
• Familiarity with compensation, benefits and workforce planning.
• Working knowledge of HR systems and payroll.

Responsibilities

• Provide management level consultation on HR operations, programs, and compliance.
• Support directors in design and execution of strategic HR solutions.
• Oversee corporate programs, training and enforcement of policies.
• Conduct investigations and address employee concerns.
• Ensure regulatory reporting and union/grievance handling where applicable.
• Direct orientation, education and training for new hires.
• Supervise HR staff and payroll processing.
