True Zero Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations, support onboarding and offboarding, and coordinate payroll and benefits. You will maintain confidential records, ensure compliance with laws, and contribute to policy development to scale our growing organization.

The role requires 3–5 years in HR, preferably in a government contractor environment, with hands-on Rippling HRIS experience. On-site position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources,preferably in HR Generalist or similar role.
• Experience supporting HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, and performance management.
• Government contractor experience or work with government entities is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with Rippling HRIS for records, onboarding, payroll, benefits and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state employment laws and HR compliance practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, off-boarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and records management.
• Serve as a primary contact for inquiries on HR policies, benefits, procedures and employee relations matters.
• Support performance management processes including evaluations and personnel changes.
• Maintain confidential employee records in the HRIS with data integrity and policy compliance.
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, status changes, payroll updates and other HR admin activities.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and documentation to support growth.
