Qualifications

• 5+ years in HRBP, People Operations or HR Generalist roles in high-growth environments.
• Experience managing calendars, interview coordination, and scheduling across multiple hiring managers.
• Familiarity with US employment practices, payroll coordination, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end employee lifecycle operations.
• Maintain accuracy of employee data across HRIS, payroll and internal systems.
• Help resolve employee relations issues with strong judgment and discretion.
• Ensure smooth, high-quality employee experience across all lifecycle stages.
