This role requires a bachelor’s in HR/BA or related field with 3+ years HR experience, plus strong MS Office skills and discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 3+ years HR experience or training.
• HR Certification will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and hiring processes.
• Oversee onboarding, employee changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases for accuracy and confidentiality.
• Manage health, retirement, and PTO programs.
• Address employee relations issues promptly and fairly.
• Provide HR support and respond to inquiries.
• Gather and analyze HR data; prepare reports for management.
• Help develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Assist with compliance with labor laws.
