Job summary

Lucid Motors in Arizona is seeking an HR Generalist to support Manufacturing Operations by delivering employee and leader services, HR compliance, reporting, and data integrity. You will work with HRBPs and site leaders to drive workforce initiatives and a positive employee experience.

The ideal candidate has 0-3 years in HR or a related field, a Bachelor's in HR, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a passion for operational excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent Excel skills and proficient Microsoft Word and PowerPoint are required.
• 0-3 years' HR experience as a coordinator or related role; or a Master's degree.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in employee records.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with HR systems, workforce reporting, data management and admin processes preferred.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, automotive, logistics or large-scale operations preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and delivering a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource for employees and leaders on HR questions, policies, and workplace concerns.
• Conduct employee relations intake meetings and support investigations, documentation, fact-finding, and case management.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders on employee relations, corrective actions, attendance, and workforce initiatives.
• Support attendance administration, reporting, audits, and workforce transaction processing.
• Process COS transactions, employee transfers, shift changes, department moves, and updates.
• Create and maintain job descriptions, position information, and organizational data.
• Conduct HR audits and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
• Analyze workforce data and prepare reports on attendance, attrition and trends.
• Support offboarding, exit interviews, engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives.
• Provide coaching to leaders regarding employee matters, policies and processes.
• Provide guidance on benefits and leave programs and connect employees with resources.
• Participate in compliance activities, workforce planning, and continuous improvement.
• Administer the Arizona Bereavement Program and support shift differential administration.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
