  • Participate in compliance activities, workforce planning, continuous improvement efforts, and other site HR initiatives.
  • Administer the Arizona Bereavement Program and support shift differential administration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
You Bring

  • 0-3 years’ experience in Human Resources as an HR Coordinator, Administrative Support professional, or related role; or a Master's Degree in Human Resources or another applicable field.
  • Excellent Excel skills and proficient Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills are required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong focus on employee data accuracy and integrity.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adapt to competing priorities, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with HR systems, workforce reporting, employee data management, and administrative processes preferred.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing, automotive, logistics, warehouse, or other large-scale operations environments preferred.
