Job summary

MadTree Brewing Co. in Cincinnati seeks an HR Generalist to support day-to-day People Strategy operations across the employee lifecycle, including HRIS, recruiting, onboarding and benefits.

Based at the Oakley location, you will travel to other MadTree sites and manage routine HR tasks from start to finish with guidance when needed. This role values accuracy, confidentiality, and ownership, and offers partnership with managers and a focus on employee support.

Qualifications

• Must have HRIS experience and be able to manage employee data accurately.
• 2+ years HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Proficient with HRIS platforms and office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries and document matters that need manager review.
• Administer benefits, leave, and accommodation processes and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate HR trainings, audits, and reporting; support payroll coordination as needed.
• Participate in HR projects and MadTree Impact initiatives; assist with performance reviews.
