MadTree is seeking a Food Runner in Cincinnati, OH to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. You will be a key member of our kitchen team, balancing multiple duties with efficiency and teamwork while embodying our values of giving back and sustainability.

Qualifications
- Experience in a high-volume bar and/or restaurant is strongly preferred.
- Comfort with working independently, multitasking, and maintaining efficiency and productivity with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Delivering a warm and welcoming experience to all guests.
- Perform table touches after food delivery to ensure guest satisfaction and address any immediate needs.
- Serving as a menu guide, offering suggestions and answering questions.
- Keeping all work areas clean, stocked, and organized.
- Delivering dine-in order(s) from kitchen to guest(s) location in an efficient and timely manner.
- Being ready and willing to help with other job-related duties and kitchen tasks as needed.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Spend time volunteering (paid) for MadTree Impact initiatives with excitement, encouraging your teammates to do the same.
