Job summary

Level99 Entertainment is hiring an HR Generalist in MA/RI area to manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy compliance. The role oversees UKG payroll data, benefits programs, and performance management, collaborating with leadership to support growth.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years HR experience, a Bachelor’s in HR, strong organizational skills, and the ability to navigate confidential matters with diplomacy. Travel to multiple venue locations may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Human Resources experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience with recruitment, including active sourcing
• Experience with employee relations, investigation techniques, and performance management
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
• Ability to promote positive, fair, and ethical relations with all team members
• Ability to handle confidential matters with tact
• Strong communication skills; verbal and written

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, postings, screening, interviews, onboarding
• Collaborate with managers to develop hiring strategies
• Advise on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Address and resolve employee relations issues; conduct investigations
• Develop and implement HR policies ensuring legal compliance
• Support performance management processes and development plans
• Assist payroll and benefits administration using UKG; manage benefits programs
• Maintain a positive, proactive attitude; assist on special projects and other duties
