Applied Intuition is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Generalist to join our team in a fast-growing environment. You will optimize HR systems, implement scalable processes, and ensure data accuracy to support strategic decisions.

You will own data reporting, improve workflows across multiple HR platforms, and manage our rotation and mobility program while ensuring compliance with employment laws and addressing employee inquiries.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of practical experience in a People or HR-related role
• Bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset
• Intuition and ability to identify potential areas of improvement in our operational cadence
• Proactivity in problem-solving - you don’t just spot gaps; you fill them

Aufgaben

• Lead the development, enhancement, and management of People data and reporting, ensuring accurate insights for decision-making
• Optimize People systems and workflows across Rippling, Carta, Greenhouse, JIRA, PAVE, and more
• Own and manage rotation and mobility program, shaping strategy, policies, and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Be point of contact for employee questions related to rotations, benefits, leaves of absence, and time off
• Generate comprehensive reporting and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
• Ad-hoc duties for the People team as required
