• Must be willing to travel to other out of state facilities – 15% travel.

People Operations Generalist

Full Time Individual Contrib Suwanee, GA, US

Position Summary
The People Operations Generalist supports day-to-day human resources operations, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and People Operations programs. This role partners with leaders and employees to deliver a positive employee experience while ensuring adherence to company policies and employment regulations. This position is an on-site role located at 125 Horizon Drive, Suwanee, GA 30024.

Key Responsibilities
