Qualifications

• : Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• : 3+ years of experience in human resources or related field preferred.

• Assist onboarding and new employee experience across the designated office.
• Support performance management processes, timelines, and manager guidance.
• Support employee relations including documentation and next steps.
• Communicate HR policies clearly and assist with policy questions.
• Help with HRIS navigation, recruiting coordination, and day-to-day HR needs.
