The role focuses on employee support, culture building, data management in HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, and policy compliance within the HR team. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Serve as the primary HR liaison for employees, providing timely guidance on policies, procedures, benefits, and the HRIS.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters.

Responsibilities

• Act as the HR liaison for employees and provide guidance on policies, procedures, benefits, and HRIS.
• Plan and execute engagement programs and gather employee feedback to improve culture.
• Administer and troubleshoot the HRIS, manage user accounts, run reports, and ensure data accuracy.
• Process onboarding and offboarding data and other HR transactions promptly.
• Participate in or lead HR initiatives to optimize workflows and document processes.
• Support policy development, communication, and compliance tracking (training, accommodations, leave).
• Perform specialist/POC duties as assigned by department leadership, including recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
