The Southern California Tribal Chairmen's Association (SCTCA) is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide specialized support to employees and the HR Director. The role focuses on planning and managing HR-hosted events, trainings, and meetings, while coordinating vendor accounts and contracts across SCTCA departments.

Qualifications

• AA degree or two years of college with HR-related focus.
• Minimum two years of relevant HR experience and prior event coordination.
• HR-related certifications preferred and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Plan and execute HR hosted events, meetings, and trainings from start to finish.
• Coordinate vendors, contracts, catering, travel, and expense tracking.
• Provide excellent employee service and manage office inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
