Job summary
Dyne Therapeutics in Waltham, MA is seeking a Director of People Operations to lead HR operations strategy, onboarding, benefits, compliance, vendor governance, and data analytics. You will own ADP Workforce Now and related HR tech, partner with HRBPs and Finance, and drive transformative initiatives to improve service delivery, reporting, and employee experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; advanced degree or HR cert preferred.
- 10+ years in HR operations or people operations in biotech or high-growth settings.
- Deep experience with HRIS, ATS, automation, reporting, and data governance.
- Experience evaluating and governing AI-enabled HR technology solutions.
- Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives while hands-on in execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR operations strategy, onboarding, benefits coordination, and compliance.
- Govern HR technology, data integrity, automation, and reporting.
- Partner with HR leadership, managers, and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
- Oversee onboarding experience, vendor governance, and service delivery.
- Drive HR policy, analytics, and transformation initiatives for scalability.
