Evidence Action is launching The AI Access Initiative and is hiring a People Operations Leader in a remote United States role. You will define and scale people operations, hire and onboard talent, and drive retention to support growth from 5+ to 20+ hires in the coming year.

You’ll partner with leadership on talent risk, compensation, and benefits across LMICs and high-income contexts. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, shape hiring processes, and build pipelines for senior roles while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR, people operations, or talent roles with leadership experience.
• Experience building scalable people programs across geographies, including LMIC contexts.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action.
