Job summary

PingIdentity seeks a People Operations Coordinator to execute core processes across the employee lifecycle in Denver, CO. You will handle onboarding, offboarding, data entry in HRIS/ATS, and routine audits with accuracy and service-mindedness.

In this role you will respond to employee inquiries, maintain documentation, generate routine reports, and collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, IT, Finance and Legal to drive smooth people operations and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR/People Operations or related administrative experience.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, and ticketing tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidentiality.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee inquiries via FreshService and other channels.
• Administer onboarding, job changes, leaves, and offboarding.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Maintain employee data across HRIS, ATS, and related systems.
• Run routine data audits and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate standard reports for the People Team.
• Maintain process docs, FAQs, and knowledge content.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Payroll, IT, Finance and Legal.
• Escalate complex issues per policy.
• Support ad hoc projects and process improvements.
