Role:

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented and passionate People Operations Coordinator to join our team. You will work with our Recruiting and People Ops teams to streamline and manage many of the personnel administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The People Operations Coordinator will initially be focused heavily on the building out and making improvements to the current onboarding process to ensure the best new hire experience possible.

This is a role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and has a strong background in administrative organization within startup organizations. As an early member of our team, your contributions will play a critical role in shaping the future of our member experience as we scale from currently thousands of members to millions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding and promo/transfers
  • Schedule interviews and follow-ups between candidates and Hiring Managers in support of the Recruiting team.
  • Organize and maintain electronic personnel and HR files.
  • Develop our first All Company Notion Home Page.
  • Create and manage a program that enables new hires to meet the leadership team.
  • Assist with posting job openings and adjusting job descriptions as needed.
  • Manage the People Team email inbox and forward to the appropriate team member.
  • Maintain all employee lifecycle changes in Rippling (HRIS), including completion of recurring audits to ensure data integrity.
  • Complete employment verifications.
  • Help organize culture events (ie virtual happy hours, on-site coordination, health challenges, etc).
  • Special Projects as needed.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • 1-2+ years in People Operations or administrative role.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and implementing SOPs and scalable HR processes.
  • Highly detail-oriented and has a ‘people-first’ lens when making decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ideally, experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft teams, Microsoft office, Slack
