Job Description

As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate execution of Tier 2 people tasks and processes.

Reporting to: Global People Operations Manager

Team: HR - People Services & Operations, providing high-quality query support and people services to employees and managers across the employee lifecycle. This includes offering expert advice through our case management system, the People Hub. Your support will be key to maintaining a positive employee experience.

What you will do

• Handle Tier 2 cases as defined by the service inventory, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions in line with service-level agreements.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 3 teams to provide seamless case resolution and proper case flow.
• Provide expert guidance on complex queries, supporting Tier 1 and escalating to Tier 3 when needed.
• Coordinate with local EUS, Workplace, Payroll, and other teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR operations or people services, handling complex HR queries.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Experience with HR case management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Oracle HCM).
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and testing processes like SRT and UAT.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
