Job summary

Ameren Services (B&CS) seeks a Supervisor, ASC - Business Administration to oversee daily workflows, ensure compliance with policies, CBAs and regulations, and lead DOT and Personnel Administration teams. The role offers rotation across Payroll, Print & Mail, FMLA, and related areas to foster professional growth.

The position emphasizes integrity, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive operational excellence while collaborating with Ameren business units and external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Associate degree in a relevant field with 7 years of relevant experience, or 10 years in lieu of higher education.
• Knowledge of regulatory matters preferred.
• Previous supervisory or high-level project team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff of professionals charged with maintaining accurate employee data in the HCM system.
• Administer system changes and updates to systems, ensuring integrity and timely execution.
• Act as a lead technical and functional resource for the team.
• Provide regular performance feedback and ensure staff have tools and training to excel.
