Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience in an assistant or coordinator role.
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
• Bilingual (Spanish/Arabic/English) is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining an open-door policy and addressing employee concerns.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and compliance-based training.
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with compliance audits.
• Support employee incentive programs and high-performance culture.
• Assist with employee documentation, scheduling, and HR tasks.
• Collaborate to organize associate engagement events.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager and leadership.
