Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a passionate HR Assistant to join our HR team in a fast-paced airport retail environment. You will support onboarding, compliance, and HR administration while helping foster an inclusive workplace.

You will handle employee records, assist with audits, coordinate training, and support engagement initiatives. A minimum of 1 year HR experience and a bachelor’s degree are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HR experience in an assistant or coordinator role.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent HR knowledge).
• Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and best practices.
• Bilingual (Spanish/Arabic/English) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Employee Relations & Engagement – assist in addressing employee concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
• Onboarding & Training – facilitate new hire orientation and ensure compliance-based training is completed.
• HR Compliance & Audits – maintain employee records and assist with audits to meet standards.
• Employee Recognition & Engagement – support incentive programs and recruitment initiatives.
• HR Documentation & Administrative Support – assist with documentation, scheduling, and follow-up on HR matters.
• Event Coordination – collaborate to organize associate engagement events.
