Our Network office is located at 401 W. 218th St., New York, NY 10034. Our Network team follows a hybrid work schedule: we work in-person from our office on Tuesdays and Thursdays with optional remote days on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, if your team's scope of work permits.

To achieve our vision, we are searching for a stellar
People Operations Associate or
Manager with a
Bachelor's Degree and 1-3+ years of work experience in consulting, operations, HR, or strategy roles to join our team. The position title will be commensurate with candidate experience relative to Zeta's organizational levels. The ideal candidate will have experience with Zoho or other similar data/CRM platforms, and familiarity with K-12 schools and teacher certification pathways.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with a team of fast-paced, goal-driven strategizers who are constantly improving systems to provide a "Wow" employee experience
- Leverage strong data skillset to own and maintain robust data systems across multiple sources—build intuitive dashboards, automate workflows, and uncover insights that drive smarter decisions.
- Maintain proactive, clear, and responsive communication
- Use strong storytelling to connect stakeholders—including network leaders, school leaders, and teachers—to the exciting "why" behind key initiatives
- Lead high-impact, scalable projects with strong project management chops and a bias toward innovation
- Sample initiative: Manage Zeta's sponsored teacher certification process—build a dashboard to track progress across schools, create communications to drive engagement, design support plans for off-track teachers, and report on progress to stakeholders
- Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed

We are accepting applications on a rolling basis. The salary range for this position is between $64,500 and $80,000. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary at or near the start of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales.
