You will support onboarding, lifecycle activities, case management and knowledge management, partnering with HRBPs and other teams to ensure accurate, compliant records and streamlined processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, analytics or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Curiosity about technology, AI, automation or new ways of working.

• Ability to balance speed with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HR platforms or knowledge tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager inquiries with empathy and accuracy.
• Manage cases through the HR service management platform with clear documentation.
• Research issues, distinguish routine questions from exceptions and escalate when needed.
• Look beyond case closure to understand the underlying employee need.
• Execute onboarding, transfers, mobility, changes and offboarding.
• Complete HR transactions, maintaining data integrity and audit-ready records.
• Identify process gaps and raise practical improvement recommendations.
• Assist with AI-enabled tools, self-service and knowledge management.
