Job summary

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely responses to tier 1 inquiries related to People processes and services via the People Inbox and Case management system
- Offer user support for People systems, including HRIS and applicant tracking
- Conduct follow-ups for team member compliance on company requirements and initiatives
- Maintain documentation of internal People processes and policy requirements
- Assist with routine HRIS transactions to ensure data integrity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in HR, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- High professional judgment and ability to manage sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage work deliverables effectively
