We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join our Digital Transformation Team. This role is ideal for a candidate with foundational experience or interest in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), VBA/MS Access development, and Power Automate/SharePoint workflows, who is eager to grow their skills in a dynamic financial systems environment. The successful candidate will also provide program and application support for our internal financial reconciliation system, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, VBA, and Power Automate.
- Support and enhance existing automations and applications, including MS Access databases and SharePoint-integrated workflows.
- Collaborate with business analysts and finance teams to understand business processes and provide automated solutions.
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 application support, troubleshooting issues and escalating as needed.
- Assist in testing, documentation, and deployment of new features and updates.
- Monitor automation bots and workflows for performance and reliability.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and team meetings.
- Maintain compliance with IT and data governance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following:
- Automation Anywhere A360 (or similar RPA tools)
- VBA and MS Access development
- Power Automate and SharePoint integration
- Basic understanding of financial processes or reconciliation workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or project experience in automation or financial systems.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel macros, or scripting languages.
- Understanding of data privacy and security best practices.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $50,000 and $65,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
