Job summary

Deepgram is building the next generation of People Operations. We seek an early-career engineer to partner with our Head of People to design and build AI-powered workflows that transform how People Ops operates.

You will create systems on top of HRIS and related tools, turning repetitive tasks into intelligent processes using AI, automation, APIs, and internal tooling, across People, Engineering, IT, and other functions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with People & Talent to apply AI/automation in People Operations.
• Create AI-first onboarding experiences that scale and stay up-to-date.
• Transform manual workflows into automated AI-powered processes.
• Develop AI agents that answer questions, gather data, initiate processes, and perform actions.
• Integrate AI with HRIS, Slack, recruiting, performance, compensation, and internal tools.
